Day 7 is now in the bag and I”ve got to say the detox is getting very interesting.
The way I”m experiencing it is I feel like heavy metals and toxins are exiting through the pores of my skin.
This may be aided by the unexpected heat wa

uthern California, but I feel like I”m detoxing quickly through my skin.
At this point in the fast I decided to add Udo”s Oil to my juice.
is an all-natural, plant-based Omega 3/6/9 blend that you can buy at your local health food market.
It”s recommended that you take 1 tbsp per every 50 pounds of body weight every day. For example, I weigh just over 300 pounds so I should take 6 tbsp per day.
Healthy Fats will give your cells the fats they need to thrive and survive. Fat is one of the most important building blocks in your body, in fact it holds your cells together.
When you eat bad fat you are damaging your cells and your body will cling to these bad fats because fat is essential for your body to work.
When you eat good fats instead, such as Udo”s Oil, avocado, casino online and almonds, you will actually lose weight faster because you are facilitating a healthy environment and giving your cells the good fats they need to rejoice.
Your body will quickly dispel bad fats when you put good fats into it! It also helps with dry skin and brain function.
Quick shoutout to my friend Mina Shah for inspiring me to finally make the leap and add Udo”s to my juice today. I”d been contemplating it all along but needed that little push to get into action.
Now I”m sure everyone”s wondering at this point – how much weight did you lose?
Once again I”d like to stress that weight isn”t the most important factor. You can be incredible shape and weigh the same as an obese person your same height!
What really matters to me is how I feel and how my clothes fit me.
With that said, here are the results..
Day 1: 325 Pounds
Day 7: 312 Pounds – A 13 Pound Difference in 7 Days!
So as you can see I had a 13 pound weight loss.
Ross had similar results so I can”t wait to see his update tomorrow.
