Day 7 is now in the bag and I”ve got to say the detox is getting very interesting.

At this point in the fast I decided to add Udo”s Oil to my juice.

It”s recommended that you take 1 tbsp per every 50 pounds of body weight every day. For example, I weigh just over 300 pounds so I should take 6 tbsp per day.

When you eat bad fat you are damaging your cells and your body will cling to these bad fats because fat is essential for your body to work.

So as you can see I had a 13 pound weight loss.
